★宮田耕八朗先生がお若い時にお書きになった宮城道雄作品の琴古譜面全47曲を先生のご了解を頂いて掲載しております。琴古譜といっても、いわゆる「ゴマ点」方式の従来の記法ではなく、山川直春さんが考案された記法（仮に「山川譜」と呼ぶことにします）が用いられており（注*1）、とても読みやすいと思います。また宮田先生監修の息継ぎ箇所やスラー表記もあり、大変参考になります。
*1:No.38「ひばり」とNo.46「若水」は、山川譜ではなく「ゴマ点」方式です。
★原本は青焼き（またはそのコピー）のため、黄ばみや汚れ、かすれなどがありました。パソコンで復元清書処理を行うことにより、黄ばみや汚れを除去し、またかすれた部分などを補修し、書かれた当時のきれいな譜面を復元しました。またネット上での配布や印刷も容易なようにPDFファイル形式に変換しました。
★印刷用にB4サイズ複数ページのPDFファイルと、楽譜部分がB4で2枚以上の曲は表示用に横長の1頁のPDFファイルを用意しました。これはタブレット等で横方向にスクロールしながら表示することを想定しています。
★非営利目的に限り、自由にご活用ください。（版権は宮田耕八朗と佐藤祈采にあります。）（2013年7月9日）
注意：カラー版は、ブラウザのPDFビューアでは表示がおかしくなる場合（WindowsのFirefox, Chrome)があるようですが、ダウンロードして、別の適当なPDFビューアを使えばOKのようです。
パソコンによる譜面の復元清書処理の概要
同様の処理を行いたい方のために、私の行った処理の内容を順を追って簡単に説明します。
(1)スキャナーで譜面を読み込みグレースケールの画像ファイルを作成する。
(2)画像処理ソフトGIMP2で画像ファイルを開き、
(3)回転補正で画像の傾きをなくす。
(4)二値化処理（[色]→[しきい値]で白黒画像に変換する。
(5)黄ばみやゴミを除去（矩形領域消去や消しゴムツール使用）。
(6)かすれを補修（線など描き加える）。
(7)譜面作成はInkscapeで行う。ページサイズはB4横とし、配置の目印としてガイドとなる線や矩形を描いたレイヤーを作っておく。
(8)GIMP2上の譜面画像をコピーペーストでInkscape上に貼り付ける。(またはpng形式で保存し、InkScapeに取り込む】
(9)この画像をInkscapeでトレース処理(画像から図形データへ変換）する。
(10)画像は削除し、トレース処理した図形データをサイズを適当に変えて配置する。
(11)B4横左右に2枚の譜面を配置したら保存し、さらに[コピーを保存する]でPDF形式で保存する。以上をB4単位で必要な枚数分くり返す。
(12)表紙ページも作る。
(13)表紙と譜面の全てのPDFファイルが完成したら、これらを一つのPDFファイルに連結する。PDForsellなどを使用。
(15)表示用の横長のPDFファイルはInkscapeでページサイズを横長に設定すれば良い。横が2m位までのサイズが指定できます。
使っているソフトはいずれもフリーで使えます。GIMP2はPhotoshopに、InkscapeはIllustratorに似た機能を持ちます。
